Return Policy

1. Returns are applicable within 3 days of delivery. Return eligibility and conditions are specified on the respective product pages.
2. We do not offer exchanges on any products.
3. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return shipping charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted in cases of quality, size, colour, or design mismatches, or if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.

Once the returned product has been picked up or received by us, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
